Congratulations to the Colstrip High School Track Athletes who qualified for the State Track Meet in Missoula next week!
Senior Devon Verlanic qualified with a 7th Place finishing time of 4:52.52 in the 1600. and a 2nd place finishing time of 10:47.70 in the 3200M.
Senior Slade Toscano qualified with a 4th Place finishing time of 10:55.44 in the 3200M.
Junior Keaton Sample qualified with his 5th Place time of 1:59.96 from the BIllings Invitate Meet in the 800M, a 2nd Place time of 4:42.88 in the 1600M, and a 2nd Place time of 10:13.42 at the Al Walker Memorial Meet in the 3200M.
Sophomore Blake Toscano qualified with a 5th Place jump of 5ft. 8in. in the High Jump.
Freshman Jaeleah Harris qualfied with a 3rd Place time of 2:31.18 in the 800M, 4th Place time of 5:40.28 in the 1600, and an 8th Place time of 12:49.00 in the 3200M
The Boys' team finished 8th overall and the Girls' team finished 11th.
Other notable finishers at the Divisional Tournament were Senior Ricky Yu with a 10th place finish in long jump and Peyton Batie who placed 10th in Triple Jump.
