The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.
This weeks winner is : Brooklyn Pedraza
Mrs. Asbury says: Brooklyn is a quiet leader at school. She stays focused on lessons and completes her work with ease. She is kind to all kids and respectful to adults. She can be counted on to just jump in and help with anything that may come up from cleaning a mess, to helping a friend who doesn't understand a center. She loves to learn and is just all around a great student. She was a pleasure to have as a kindergartner last year!
