The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.

Ava is an exceptional kindergartner who although sometimes reserved is always doing the right thing. She is a great role model for her peers both in how hard she applies herself in the classroom and in how she conducts herself outside of the classroom. She always has a smile, is a friend to everyone and has a contagious laugh! She is a positive role model and more than deserving of special recognition for being such a great student!
