The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.
Today's winner is Kaycee Olmstead!

Kaycee is an awesome example of what it means to be a Pony! She comes to school with a positive attitude and loves to learn. She is eager to share her knowledge, and can always be counted on to help in any situation. She is great about including friends at recess and is responsible about completing her work. She has a passion for science and loves to share, even with her teacher from last year, what they are learning about. Kaycee loves to have fun and laugh which makes her a joy to be around. I could not think of a better Pony!
