The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.
This weeks winner is: Olivia Todoroff
Mrs. Asbury says:
Olivia is a special soul. She comes to school with a great attitude and has learned so much already in her short time in school. She puts in 110% effort on all of her things, and is a pro at following classroom expectations. She will randomly come up to someone, hold out her arms, and say "I'm a hugger” as a way to spread a smile and joy wherever she goes. She is a kind friend and is always good about finding someone who may not have a partner to be their buddy. She is very respectful and always greets any adult that crosses her path. Olivia would be a great pick to receive the PONY award!
