The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.
This weeks Pony is: Cashlynn Watson!
Mrs. Nikki says:
Cashlynn is a natural leader. She is friends with everyone in the room and always willing to step up and help when needed. Cashlynn is very aware of her surroundings and reads a room to know when others are struggling or when others need help being redirected into working. She leads by example and gives positive encouragement to everyone around her. She made great academic growth in both math and reading on her Winter MAP testing. Pine Butte is lucky to have students like Cashlynn who naturally lead our school through modeling positive behaviors.
