The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.

Jace is one of the hardest working students I know! He is always striving to give 100% effort with a smile and a laugh. His positive attitude is contagious and he shows his classmates that everyone has the ability to succeed at tasks that may seem difficult. He handles adversity with grit and grace. Jace is extremely kind to all his classmates and I am always in awe of how he connects with other students. I am proud that he is our Pine Butte P.O.N.Y of the week.
