The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. Winners will have their picture posted on the school website, facebook and get a poster put in the hall. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.

Jessie is a student who doesn't give up when work gets hard. She has a positive attitude and a smile that brightens up your day! She is kind and helpful with her classmates and is always encouraging them to keep going. She understands that fail really means First Attempt In Learning and has a positive mind set. Jessie is truly deserving of the PONY Award!
