Ms. Breeden’s third grade class took part in an exciting Steam project based on a mystery science lesson on apple picking. They had to design something to help them pick apples. 
Our librarian, Mr. Roth was absent this week and left a fun lesson for the kids to write and draw where they thought he was at. These are posted around the library. 
Our kindergarten students are studying the five senses in our CKLA reading unit and did some fun cross-curricular activities with apples this week in partnership with it. They did a taste test with an accompanying graph, they did a lifecycle project, and did a counting lesson with 10 apples up on top. 
Mrs. Nikki’s second graders have been working on Greek gods in their CKLA reading units. The kids showcased their learning by writing about a god of their choice.
