The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. Winners will have their picture posted on the school website, facebook and get a poster put in the hall. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.

Carly is a kind and respectful student who is seen helping younger students, being pleasant and talking with teachers, and including all friends on the playground. She works hard in class and is involved in lots of activities. Carly is a great example of what it means to be a Pony! - Asbury
