The PONY Award celebrates students who consistently demonstrate positivity, effort, kindness, and excellence in and out of the classroom. Teachers may submit nominations to highlight students who stand out as true Pine Butte Ponies! Winners will be selected by the committee on a weekly schedule and recognized by the Board. Winners will have their picture posted on the school website, Facebook and get a poster put in the hall. The winners will also receive a bumper sticker and a sticker for the student.
This weeks winner is Natalie Arneson!
Mrs. Asbury says: Natalie has a great positive attitude about school. If something is hard, she will ask for help or problem solve until she finds a solution. She loves to play with all kids and is a great helper inside and outside the classroom. She is willing to accept apologies for when someone makes a mistake which can be hard for some kids! She puts in her best effort in all other classes and loves to be involved in lots of activities including 4H, Girl Scouts, Dance, summer reading program, science fair, and many others. Natalie is an outstanding PONY in my books!
