Notice is hereby given to the governing Board and general public that a regular meeting of the Governing Board for the Colstrip School District #19 will be held Monday, January 13, 2025 beginning at 6:00 PM. The meeting can be attended at Colstrip High School in the Lower Level Commons. Entry through Door 24 from the Lower Parking Lot. The meeting can also be attended electronically through Google Meet:

Winter Formal Reminder
The Colstrip High School Winter Formal will take place next Thursday from 7PM until 11PM
Pictures will be from 7-8, the dance will take place from 8-11.

**** Winter Formal Date Change****
The Colstrip High School Winter Formal date has once again been changed.
The event will take place on January 16th, 2025 from 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM
FBMS Athletic Notice- Middle School Boys basketball practice has been cancelled for today, Monday, January 6th. Practice will resume as normal tomorrow.
CHS Art Club is hosting the annual Talent Show. Shows will start at 6:30 pm. on the 12th of February at Colstrip High School Auditorium. 5000 Pinebutte Dr, Colstrip
Rehearsals will be the 10th and 11th of February after school from 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm.

Due to probable weather issues, tomorrow's basketball games against St. Labre have been rescheduled for Wed. January 15th. Game times will be as follows:

CHS FCCLA will be making Winter Casseroles. Your support is gratefully appreciated! There are 3 different casseroles to pick from and 2 sizes each.

PARENTS! You can check your student's MAST test results online. *If* your student took the MAST test, you received a letter in the mail with instructions on how to access the test results. A link to the MAST parent portal is now on our website. Check out the "Parents" page on the school website and click the "Kite/MAST Parent Portal" button to log in. Refer to the letter you received for more information. Get to the Parent's page using the new link in the top right corner of the school website home page.
FBMS Boys Basketball starts today and there will be a parent meeting immediately following practice at 6:00 PM.
CHS Athletics Notice- FM Creations will be at CHS after school on Tuesday, December 17th and Wednesday, December 18th to take winter sports photos for Basketball, Wrestling and Cheer. The order form is attached below or your student can pick one up at the office.

***Transportation Notification- 2 Route System*** Colstrip Public Schools will be using the 2-Route System on Friday, Dec. 13th for both morning and afternoon transportation. Please look at the attached route for stops we will be servicing on these days. If your student is not normally picked up at those spots, you will need to make alternate transportation arrangements. Please do not bring students to stops listed if they do not normally get on/off the bus at those stops as we will not have room for them on the bus. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank your for your patience and understanding. Remember, Friday is an Early Release Day, the posted bus schedule reflects all afternoon times being 1 hour earlier
