The Fillies went down fighting to the Townsend Bulldogs, 3-1 and are eliminated from the Southern B Divisional Tournament. The ladies played their hearts out and have grown throughout the season and tournament play. I am extremely proud of the players and coaches, not only for the way they continued to improve and come together as team over the course of the season, but also the way they carry themselves with pride and dignity, win or lose. They are a testament to the families that share them with us, the coaches who guide them, and the teachers who educate them. These young ladies are a source of positivity and pride for us as a community. They are a shining example of what's best in Colstrip and our surrounding communities. CONGRATULATIONS ON A GREAT SEASON AND TOURNAMENT FILLIES!!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU NEXT SEASON!!!!

CHS Divisional Volleyball Update- The NFHS camera is up and running. The match between Jefferson and Columbus will be starting soon. Thank you to our Tech Team for all of their hard work!

We are working to resolve the NFHS issue. Hopefully we will be up on the air at 1:05PM. You can listen to a broadcast of games on YCNsports.com in the meantime. Once again, we apologize for the failure to broadcast the games. This issue is from the NFHS side and our tech staff has been working to resolve this issue since 10AM when we became aware of the outage.

**Transportation Notice** Colstrip Public Schools buses are operating on the regular daily schedule today, Nov 6th, 2024. Some buses may be delayed due to road conditions, but will run as close to on schedule as is safely possible. Please ensure your children are dressed warmly and appropriately in accordance with district guidelines.

Southern B Divisional Tournament Tickets Congratulations to the Colstrip Fillies for advancing to the Divisional round of the state volleyball tournament!!! Attached is the QR code if you would like to buy all-session passes to the tournament, held here in Colstrip, from Thu Nov. 7- Sat Nov 9. Some of the best volleyball in the state of Montana will be played in the Colstrip High School gym this weekend. Our own Fillies will kick off the tournament starting Thursday Nov. 7th at 10 AM. All-session passes are $27 for adults, $20 for students. Daily tickets will be available at the Activities Entrance each day. NO ACTIVITY PASSES WILL BE HONORED FOR THE TOURNAMENT!!! CPS Transportation Notice- There will NOT be an activity bus on Thursday, Novemeber 7th.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held at CHS, FBMS, PBES on Friday, November 1st from 12:00-3:00 PM and 4:00-7:00 PM. Please stop by to visit with your child's teacher during these hours. The FBMS BOOK FAIR will also be available to purchase items in the Library! Then PBES BOOK FAIR will be next week. We can't wait to see you then!

The Frank Brattin Middle School Girls' Basketball Triangular for this Saturday , 11/2, has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled. The FBMS Girls' team will be in action next Wednesday, 11/6 at home against Ashland at 4:30.

Please join Colstrip High School's FCCLA and FFA for pumpkin carving on Wednesday, October 30th at 6:00 PM in the CHS Cafeteria. Pumpkins are available for $5 each or bring your own. Snacks will be served.

CHS Athletics Notice- Wear Camo to support football and volleyball for their senior nights. Football and Cheer will introduce their Seniors at 6:40 PM and will kick off Friday night at 7 PM and Volleyball will begin at 12 PM on Saturday and introduce their Seniors between the JV and Varsity games.
