Notice is hereby given to the governing Board and general public that a special meeting of the Governing Board for the Colstrip School District #19 will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025 beginning at 6:00 PM. The meeting can be attended at Colstrip High School in the Lower Level Commons. Entry through Door 24 from the Lower Parking Lot. The meeting can also be attended electronically through Google Meet:

Wednesday & Thursday, 8/13-14-- Impact Testing--6th, 8th, 10th, 12th & New Students, 9am-5pm, no appointment needed, for all students participating during the 25-26 school year, @ CHS Office.
Friday, 8/15--First Day CHS Fall Sport Practice, all paperwork must be turned in or students will not be allowed to practice.

ATHLETICS NOTICE CHS/FBMS** We are two weeks out from fall sports and activities starting at Colstrip Public Schools. CHS Fall Athletics start Friday, August 15th and FBMS Fall Athletics start Thursday, August 21st. All paperwork is available on the school website in Athletics/Documents/Participation Packet. Physicals must be completed by a licensed health care provider. Athletes MAY NOT begin practice without a completed packet and a paid Activity Fee. Impact Testing must be completed by ALL students participating in athletics in grades 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and any newly enrolled FBMS or CHS student that plans to participate in athletics. Impact Testing will be done at Colstrip High School on Wed, August 13th and Thursday, August 14th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM **No appointment necessary, check in at CHS Office or call to make an appointment if you won't be able to make it on the scheduled days **At this time, Impact Testing will be completed for all students planning to participate in athletics THROUGHOUT the school year, not just fall. Once completed, the packet is good for all sports and activities for the entire school year. Paperwork for CPS sports includes: 1) Student Physical 2)Concussion Statement 3) Permission slip with parent signature 4) Drug Testing Consent Form 5) Activity Fee: $75 CHS $50 FBMS ($200 Maximum Family for enrolled CHS/FBMS students) . We have a few obsolete items, no longer usable in the classroom, but they might be of use for a hobbyist or tech enthusiast. Items include: Chromebook carry bags, Epson projectors, Lenovo desktops and a few Lenovo laptops.
The conditions are well used and there is no guarantee that everything works. The projectors and desktop computers will include a power cable only. The computers do not have a hard drive and they are not compatible with Windows 11. (but they still have life with Linux or ChromeOS Flex; instructions not included).
